Sigal is a trilingual Jewish/Moroccan artist who lived in Chile, Israel, and built her career & life in the US. Her international life experience is what drives HIGHWATERfilms to be a unique birthplace of content. She is a powerhouse of writing for creative storytelling in film and TV. Sigal was a successful actress in the nineties and made her big screen lead debut in Across The Line, a film she wrote and co-produced. The film received awards and opened festivals, which reinforces the film's message and its relevance today. Sigal's creativity and determination to stories knows no limits. Her Holocaust survivor short, What's Your Number won numerous awards and left an important message as legacy. What's Your Number is currently in development to become a feature film, titled The Pointer. Sigal's Serial Beauty is set to go into production this fall.

Oleksandr is a Ukrainian filmmaker known for prioritizing logistics and creative problem solving. Oleksandr has a BFA in Cinema Directing and dedicates his professional life to creative production. His entertainment experience consists of key production roles, which allows him to be a well-rounded filmmaker in the US and Europe. Currently, Oleksandr is writing a screenplay about Ukrainians at war with Russia and co-producing our thriller, Serial Beauty. He also continues his involvement in the international filmmaker scene, working as a 1st Assistant Director on feature productions, and on project development at HIGHWATERfilms.
After graduating Colorado College, Andrew spent many years working for DaVita Heathcare Partners, starting in their renowned leadership development program as an operational analyst, then moving to the payor contracting team as a financial analyst. The move to financial analyst brought him to Los Angeles, CA, where he developed skills that lead him into screenwriting and producing. He joined a startup production company, Armory Films and was involved with a plethora of productions, including Oscar nominated Mudbound and The Peanut Butter Falcon. Since then, Andrew has been involved in producing numerous productions, including Joe Raffa directed film Downeast, as well as Dani Menkin directed films Little Town and Breakfast for Dinner. Andrew is currently producing projects with producer Cassian Elwes and director Lina Roessler (Best Sellers), producer Jeremy Wall and director J. Mackye Gruber (J. Mackye Gruber), as well as Serial Beauty with Sigal Erez.
